Terms of use

Draft for the beta, pending legal review.

Updated

1The service

RoleFramework imports your resume as editable code, helps you tailor it to job postings using facts you confirm, and tracks your applications.

It is in beta: features can change, and some are not built yet. The questions page lists what is planned.

2Your account

You must be 18 or older. Do not share your password, your account, or the codes and log-in links we email you; you are responsible for what is done with your account.

3Your content

You own what you upload and write: resumes, facts, postings and notes. You let us store and process it only to provide the service to you. You can delete it at any time.

4Drafts and ratings

Drafts are written with the help of a language model, and you review them before use. Fit ratings and any estimates are guidance for you, not professional advice.

We do not promise interviews, offers or any other outcome.

5Acceptable use

When you use RoleFramework:

  • Upload only your own resume, or someone else's with their permission.
  • Do not scrape the service, probe it for weaknesses or overload it.
  • Do not use it to write claims you know are untrue.

6Price

The service is free during the beta. After the beta, RoleFramework is a paid subscription; beta users hear the price before the beta ends. Nobody is charged without choosing to subscribe.

7Feedback

If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve the product.

8Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but the beta comes with no guarantee of availability.

Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the last twelve months. This does not limit your rights as a consumer under the law.

9Ending

You can stop using the service and delete your data at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and we tell you why.

10Law and disputes

Swedish law applies. If we cannot resolve a complaint together, you can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes, ARN, or a Swedish court.

11Changes to these terms

Every change is dated here. We tell you before a change that affects you takes effect.
